Energize with Yoga all day! Master Yogi Steven Russell of Becoming Sound suggests movements to help invigorate, focus, and activate the brain and body.
Each virtual session is about 30 minutes; this program is free, no library card needed.
Sessions change throughout the week! Click HERE and/or access through the Library's website, weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Although moderate physical activity is safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk with your doctor before you start an exercise program.
