Yoga to De-Stress and Relax Series includes Breathing, Stretching and Movement 

Unwind, improve flexibility, and relax your mind with Yoga. Master Yogi Steven Russell of Becoming Sound suggests three sequences to help de-stress your body and your mind. 

Series will continue each evening beginning at 5:00 pm and will free-cycle throughout the month. 

Click HERE  and/or access through the Library's website, evenings, daily after 5:00 pm.

Although moderate physical activity is safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk with your doctor before you start an exercise program.

Permission to present a program on behalf of the Virtual Library or in Library facilities is not an endorsement by the Library.
