Come in to sit down with registered nurses from Mount Sinai South Nassau and educate yourself on heart health and the importance of monitoring your blood pressure. Nurses will show you how to properly use a monitor and how to maintain and assess your blood pressure. After the program you can borrow an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor from our Library of Things!
