Join Instructor Paulette Silber for the January series of Gentle Yoga for Joints. In these classes Paulette will focus on poses and breathing instructions which benefit joints and glands, and are based on the Himalayan Yoga Tradition.  

Registration required. An email with the Zoom login will be sent prior to each weekly session. You only need to register once to be put on the mailing list.
