New research shows that a holistic wellness approach can help slow, prevent or even reverse minor cognitive impairment, dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. In this series, instuctor Miriam Abrahams will offer gentle poses to increase your concentration and memory power. There are six sessions in the series: Thursdays, April 22 & 29; May 13; June 3 & 24; July 1.
