Reiki: 3-Course Session

Reiki is a Japanese form of relaxation. It has proven beneficial as an energy technique to nurture physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Over the three courses of this program, we will explain the concept of Reiki, and allow for a “Reiki share” session, followed by a meditation session.
Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket with them. Please register.
