Self-care in Uncertain Times ONLINE!

Join us for a weekly series of four programs for easy self-care for these uncertain times.

Led by some of Cape Ann's best natural health care practitioners, learn simple ways to help ease stress, tips for better sleep, and better nutrition.*

From Meditation to Chinese Medicine, these programs offer a free and engaging opportunity to come together, learn and have fun while doing it.

Half hour presentations, followed by Q&A with the practitioners.

Space is liminted, to please register.  You can sign up for one or all four!
