Virtual Crafternoons with Creativebug!Tuesday July 7, 2020
12:00 PM until 12:45 PM
Calling all crafters! Sharon Public Library will be hosting a Crafternoons series with selections from our new arts & crafts database, Creativebug! For each meeting, we'll highlight a craft from Creativebug. Participants can watch the video and complete the craft, and then we'll meet to discuss how it turned out, show off finished products, and socialize!
Today's craft: Fashion Illustration with Mood Fabrics (access the Creativebug class)
"Learning how to draw fashion illustrations will help you visualize your masterpiece before you sit down at the sewing machine. Taught by Project Runway All Star, Benjamin Mach, this thorough drawing course is perfect for aspiring fashion designers who feel less than confident drawing the human form. Benjamin teaches the fundamentals of drawing bodies and garments. By the end of this class, you’ll understand not only how to draw fashion illustrations, but how to create a mood board and a capsule collection."
This series will run biweekly on Tuesdays at 12pm. Meetings will be hosted virtually on Zoom, a free videoconferencing program. For more details or to register, please email Information Services Librarian Hilary Umbreit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
