Be kind to your mind with calm space visualization! Join Amy Rutledge, a certified meditation instructor, for the first event in a three-part series, where you will be guided to imagine a calm space with all the senses that you can use whenever you are feeling stressed.
Participants will learn how to cultivate self love, self worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and navigate difficult emotions and change. Classes are 30 minutes with an intro, guided practice, then time for Q&A. Beginners welcome! For grades 7-12. Registration required starting February 25.
Register separately for Gratitude Meditation on March 25 and Goal Setting on April 8.
