Be kind to your mind with gratitude meditation! Join Amy Rutledge, a certified meditation instructor, for the second event in a three-part series, where you will be guided to focus on all the things we have to be grateful for and shift a mindset of scarcity, anxiety, and lack to one of abundance, hope and joy 

Participants will learn how to cultivate self love, self worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and navigate difficult emotions and change. Classes are 30 minutes with an intro, guided practice, then time for Q&A. Beginners welcome! For grades 7-12. Registration required starting March 11. 

Register separately for Calm Space Visualization on March 11 and Goal Setting on April 8.
