Bring your questions or gadgets to one of SBPL’s Tech Time sessions and get answers or practice your skills with our Information Services Department staff to help you along. No registration required, meets in the SmartLab.
• Please arrive with a clear goal of what you would like to learn and all the necessary passwords needed to access your device or accounts.
• Be sure to bring in any device you need help with. If necessary, we can provide a limited
number of laptops and tablets to demonstrate.
• We are unable to provide hardware
assistance, troubleshoot or fix malfunctioning
devices, take apart or replace physical parts on a device, or fill out and/or file government forms or participate in credit card transactions.
