Yoga and Meditation with AmandaTuesday October 12, 2021

Join Yoga Instructor Amanda's online class to experience 40 minutes of vinyasa yoga and 20 minutes of deep, relaxing meditation. Accessible for all levels of yoga students. This class is not suitable for anyone with limitations in standing up or getting down to the mat multiple times.
This class will be run simultaneously in-person and virtual. In-person reservations will be limited to 9 patrons.
Class dates & times: Tuesday, October 12 from 7:00-8:00.
A class fee of $5 is payable by check only at the time of registration. Upon completing your registration, you will be emailed a link to join a Zoom session if you are attending class virtually.
Wantagh Library cardholders: Friday, October 1 at 9:00 am
