The Wayland Public Library is offering a Fall Girls Who Code club for girls in grades 3 to 5.
This club will teach basic coding in an engaging and creative way to girls in the upper elementary grades.
The club will meet Mondays, October 21 through December 16 (except school holidays) and will be faciliated by a Wayland parent volunteers.
The Wayland Library will supply laptops for the girls to use during class.
The mission of GWC is to help bridge the gender gap in technology fields.
