Cooking with Katie: Homemade Fudge

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to make cook with Katie, Registered Dietician from Food Explorers!  In the final class of the virtual cooking series, we will switch to making dessert!

We will be making delicious homemade fudge two ways! You’ll learn how to make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge and Chocolate Peppermint Fudge from scratch. You’ll need the following ingredients for these recipes: chocolate chips (1 cup), 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional), 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, peppermint candy or candy canes, sugar, vanilla and flour. No special equipment required.

Open to chefs in grades 6 & up.  Please register for each week separately.  A zoom link & ingredients list will be emailed to you prior to the program.
