Did you know that everybody requires different ways to manage stress? What might work for one person could aggravate another. Learn practical tools for diffusing stress in your body type according to Ayurveda. Ayurveda provides specific lifestyle, dietary, herbal, and yogic strategies for individuals that can both diffuse tension and also help build a strong foundation to combat stress.
This will be a GENTLE movement and practice-based class. Attendees can bring their own yoga mats or use a provided chair for this session. Attendees may also wish to bring a notepad to take notes during the class.
Francesca Michelle Gold studied Ayurveda in Rishikesh, India and has completed certificate courses in Ayurvedic Anatomy and Physiology
and Diagnosing Methods and Skills. She has been teaching yoga to diverse populations for 7 years. Her path has led her to deep study within two potent lineages: The Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy (a world authority on Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda) and in the Tradition of Krishnamacharya (widely regarded as the Father of Modern Yoga). Francesca has a degree in Psychology from Carlow University and studied Clinical Yoga Therapy at Loyola Marymount University.
