What you eat during pregnancy affects your own health and wellbeing, your developing baby and your baby’s health later in life. This class will present tips on how to include the right foods with variety, optimal nutrients, and foods to avoid, as well as appropriate weight gain.

Registration is required. The Librarian coordinating the event will email each registrant a Zoom meeting invitation approximately an hour before the start of the program. Zoom is available as a free desktop (for Windows, MacOS, and Linux Operating systems) and mobile application for Android and Apple iOS devices. Once Zoom is installed, you will be able to join the virtual Library program.
