Four Thursday Sessions:

Kristin of Skillful Meanz is returning to offer four one hour sessions to help you “Keep Calm & Carry On” during the often hectic holiday season.
These class will cover mindfulness of breath, of body, of thoughts, and of emotions, and will consist of some discussions and some guided meditations. The goal is to get you started on developing a personal practice of your own that you will continue into the New Year!
