Six Thursday Sessions:

These meditation classes, led by Kristin of Skillful Meanz, will present the foundations of a formal mindfulness practice. Through modern scientific research, this type of meditation has been shown to have many potential health benefits- both physical and mental- and has therefore become quite popular recently, though it has been around a very long time.
The classes will cover mindfulness of breath, of body, of thoughts, and of emotions, and will consist of some discussions and some guided meditations. The goal is to get you started on developing a personal practice of your own, that you will continue long after the class is over. It’s way more fun than it might sound—try it and see!
