Join us on Wed Feb. 1 for a reading and conversation with local author Giulio Magrini.
Giulio Magrini tells us, “We have put our hands in the dirt and sanctified each other.” The Color of Dirt is an anthology of his poetry and flash fiction. His book represents a panorama of sharing through Magrini’s years of writing. He never interprets art as mystery to be solved but life to be shared, with the joy, pain, confusion, and discovery that comes with it. He wants his work to bring people closer, and trusts them to seize their cherished humanity, and enjoy the imperfect struggle in better understanding. Come with Giulio Magrini and hear the ”Dirt” of his colors of Amore/Love; Arte/Art; Odiare/Hate; Politica e Guerra/Politics and War; Sporco/Dirt; and Famiglia e Relazioni/Family and Relationships.
This is an IN PERSON event. Registration is required!
