To request a room at the Hall Memorial Library, follow these simple steps.

1. Select the ROOM(S) and DATE(S) that will be DISPLAYED in the matrix below:

SHOW ALL ROOMS	Childrens’ Program Room [ Info ] [ 20 ]
McKnight Community Room [ Info ] [ 20 ]	Study Room [ Info ] [ 8 ]
Upstairs Meeting Room [ Info ] [ 40 ]

Select Start Date to Display: 1 Day 3 Days 1 Week You may select Multiple Rooms

2. Select the ROOM(S) and TIME SLOT(S) to REQUEST:

Select one or more contiguous time slots by clicking on cells in the table. The selected slots will turn green.
Multiple slots may be selected for different rooms but only for the same times, at the same site, on the same day.
Black cells indicate hours when the room is CLOSED. Grey cells indicate hours when the room is already booked.
After you have made your selection, go to the bottom of the page and click on REQUEST RESERVATION.
