The Museum is open Wednesday-Monday. This pass may be used on any open day.
Advance tickets are encouraged, but may also be purchased when you arrive at the museum. Please use the code provided in your confirmation email to reserve your tickets at https://www.mfa.org/tickets. Enter the code and refresh the page, then choose the "library pass" ticket that will appear in the list. Each pass now allows admission for 2 adults at $10 each (general admission and special exhibition) and up to 4 children ages 7–17 at $10 each (special exhibition only). There is no discount for children 7–17 for general admission, currently $10. Children 6 and under are admitted free.
Without the pass, the museum charges are:

This pass will admit up to 4 people at a 50% discount on tickets to the Museum’s Exhibit Halls. Children under 3 are not included in the count of 4 and are always admitted for free. You do not need to call ahead to reserve a timed ticket. If you have questions or prefer to reserve in advance, you can call 617-723-2500 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily).
