YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR PASS REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
- Passes must be reserved a minimum of 24-hours in advance
- Most museums are operating at reduced capacity
- Most require advanced reservations at the museum in addition to your library pass reservation
- The museum pass request confirmation screen provides the details for the museum's requirements
- You must review the museum’s safety protocols prior to your visit
Free admission for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18 years.
Museum passes may be picked up during library hours
Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
You may have only one pass per museum per family per day.

A fee will be added to your account if you fail to pick up your reserved pass.The pass is valid for the date of reservation only and cannot be re-used.The Billings Museum pass must be picked up the day before or day of use. Pick up the pass at the information desk at Howe Library. This pass is a laminated card in a bag that must be returned to the library the day that you use the pass. If the library is closed when you arrive back to the library to return the pass, you may drop the pass in one of the library's drop slots next to the library doors. This pass must be returned to Howe Library, not the Etna Library.

Fee for non-pickup: $5.00
Late fee: $5.00 per day; maximum of $20.00
Lost pass: $20.00 ($15.00 replacement fee, plus a $5.00 processing fee
