      Multiple Destinations

Pass admits four individuals for free to the Carousel Museum and the Museum of Fire History.  Advance reservations are NOT required for general admission but are required if you woud like a guided tour. Guided tours are available at 12:00 and 2:00 Wed-Sun.

Free Day of Admission--Monday, August 28th--no pass needed (parking fees still apply)

This pass admits up to five people for free. Open daily 10-4 weather permitting. 

Parking inside of Forest Park is regulated by The City of Springfield and the parks department. Unless one has purchased a parking pass, parking rates are as follows: $3 for MA license plates, $5 for out-of-state license plates, CASH ONLY.

Reserving advanced tickets to The Zoo is no longer an option. Library guests who wish to use the membership pass must present the pass, either physically or digitally, to the Ticket Booth upon arrival at The Zoo gate. Up to five people can visit for free using the pass. The library pass does not provide entrance to The Zoo for special events.

ATTN HARTFORD RESIDENTS: Through a partnership with the City of Hartford and the museum’s longtime corporate partner Aetna, the Wadsworth Atheneum developed Wadsworth Welcome, a new program to offer free admission to all Hartford residents.
