Museum Passes

Availability of the pass on this site does not guarantee the location will be open or that the library pass will be accepted. 

Do check the location's website or contact them directly before travelling.

Passes may only be borrowed by SAILS card holders with unblocked and current accounts.

Passes come in three formats:

  • Coupons picked up at the library to give at location. 
  • Borrowed passes picked up at the library and due for return to Seekonk Library only within 24 hours. Passes may be returned in the book drop.
  • Print on Demand passes printed from home. You can either present a printed confirmation page or display it from your device at the venue.

Admission

The ICA is no longer requiring timed entry for admission to the museum, however advance reservations are strongly recommended. Please note the following:

1.        Patrons must acquire a valid physical or digital library pass at their participating library.

2.        Advance tickets are recommended and can be arranged online: https://www.icaboston.org/

3.        Click on “Buy Tickets” and select your chosen date for ICA General Museum Admission

4.        Click on “Library Pass Coupon” ticket price. Anyone 18 and under receive complimentary admission and should use the ticket price “Youth (0-12)” or “Youth (13-18)”

5.        Follow steps to complete order. Your ICA tickets will be emailed to you.

6.        When you arrive at the ICA, proceed to the visitor services desk with your tickets and your library pass. The library pass will be collected at this time (if physical) or shown to the staff member at the desk (if digital). If you have questions about the online ordering system, contact visitorservices@icaboston.org.

Your ticket is valid for entry any time during the date selected. Please note: last entry to the museum is 20 minutes prior to closing time. Tickets are final sale.

   

You must print this library pass or display it on your phone, along with your reserved timed-entry tickets. Each pass provides up to four (4) people with $5 admission per person. Children under the age of 18 are always admitted for free. This library pass does not guarantee a reservation to the Museum. When reserving Gardner Museum timed entry tickets online, you will:

Each pass covers one parking fee FREE at area Massachusetts State Parks and Beaches which charge a parking fee. A full list of all parks is available on the website link.

      Multiple Destinations

Each pass admits 2 adults at $10 per person (gerneral admission and special exhibition) and up to 4 children ages 7-17 at $10 each for special exhibition only; there is no discount for children 7-17 for general admission. Children 6 and under are admitted free.

Passholders save $3 off the regular ticket price for up to four daytime zoo general admission tickets.

ZOO HOURS: Open Thursday - Monday from 10 am - 4 pm. All tickets must be purchased online in advance. Time ticketing procedures are in place. NOTE: The Zoo is open on Providence School Holidays and Vacation Weeks. 

Library patrons can purchase tickets using the following steps (watch a video demonstration of it HERE).

  1. Navigate to the Ticket Purchasing Page on the zoo’s website: https://www.rwpzoo.org/tickets.
  2. Select the date and timeslot of their daytime general admission visit. Enter the proper quantities of adult, child, senior, and toddler tickets.
  3. Type in the supplied discount code. Click apply.
  4. Proceed to the next page (the discount will deduct your savings once you are on the next page)
  5. Complete the transaction with payment information, and then your e-tickets are emailed over shortly after purchase!

Please note there is limited availability during peak hours, so we recommend patrons purchase their tickets in advance. Please note that the ship and museum have different hours. Museum Hours: Open Daily; Winter Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Summer Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM. The Museum closes for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and closes early on Christmas Eve.

This coupon must be presented to Plimoth Patuxet Museums guest services staff upon arrival at the Museum for Thayer Public Library patrons to purchase a Heritage Pass, Combination Pass, or Plimoth Patuxet Only pass for up to six individuals at the reduced rate of $16 per adult; $10 per child ages 5-17. Passholders save $3 off the regular ticket price for up to four daytime zoo general admission tickets.

ZOO HOURS: Open Thursday - Monday from 10 am - 4 pm. All tickets must be purchased online in advance. Time ticketing procedures are in place. NOTE: The Zoo is open on Providence School Holidays and Vacation Weeks. 

Library patrons can purchase tickets using the following steps (watch a video demonstration of it HERE).

  1. Navigate to the Ticket Purchasing Page on the zoo’s website: https://www.rwpzoo.org/tickets.
  2. Select the date and timeslot of their daytime general admission visit. Enter the proper quantities of adult, child, senior, and toddler tickets.
  3. Type in the supplied discount code. Click apply.
  4. Proceed to the next page (the discount will deduct your savings once you are on the next page)
  5. Complete the transaction with payment information, and then your e-tickets are emailed over shortly after purchase!

Please note there is limited availability during peak hours, so we recommend patrons purchase their tickets in advance. The discount can only be applied online, and the discount must be redeemed at time of purchase, the discount code cannot be retroactively applied. Library passes are valid from March 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023.

This pass admits 9 people for free. Valid only for the date listed on this pass. One pass per party, please.

Please note that the ship and museum have different hours. Museum Hours: Open Daily; Winter Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Summer Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM. The Museum closes for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, and closes early on Christmas Eve.
