Museum Passes

Museum pass reservations now require a library card number and PIN.

If you don't currently have a PIN, create one by clicking here.

After creating your PIN, you will need to return to the library home page to reserve a pass.

  • Borrowers may use only one pass on any given day.
  • Please return passes immediately after use, in the pouch provided. Pouches may be left in the Book Drop.
  • Late passes accrue a fine of $2 per day. A lost pass will be subject to a replacement fee based on the indivdual museum.

After receiving a library discount pass, you must reserve your visit online with Boston Children’s Museum. Due to safety measures, walk-ins are not allowed. Museum capacity is limited at this time.

  1. Patrons must first acquire a dated library discount pass.
  2. Then visit https://www.bostonchildrensmuseum.org/ticketing
  3. Review the directions for timed tickets
  4. Click on the "Discount Programs" & drop down arrow
  5. Click on "Half Price Library Timed Ticket " to book
  6. The date on the library discount coupon must match the date of your visit.
  7. After arriving at the Museum, proceed to the admissions scanning station with your online reservation and the date specific library discount coupon received from the Library. If you have questions about the online ordering system, contact Orders@BostonChildrensMuseum.org.

This e-ticket is valid only for one day. You can either print it out and take it with you or display the pass on your phone or device. Either way, please be sure that the pass barcode is visible.

         Each promo code use provides up to two people with $10 admission per person (discounted from the regular general admission charge of $25 per person and the regular special exhibition charge of $30 per person)

The Seacoast Science Center is separate from Odiorne Point State Park. We cannot guarantee the library pass includes park admission.
