Each pass admits up to six (6) visitors for half price. Not valid for special event weekends or driving/ride experiences.

The American Heritage Museum is open weekly from Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm each day. The AHM is fully ADA accessible and covers over 67,000 square feet in our well ventilated, climate controlled facility. Visitors are encouraged to plan at least two hours for their visit.

The annex buildings such as the Aircraft Hangar or Car Collection are ONLY open on Special Event Weekends (see schedule at this link) and are not part of general admission.

We are sorry, the American Heritage Museum does not have a cafe or dining available at this time. Great dining experiences in downtown Hudson, MA are only 2 miles away.

Each pass admits up to 4 paid admissions to the Aviation Museum. Children under 6 are always free. Any extra members in your party will need to pay for admission: $10 for adults (ages 13+) or $5 for seniors, veterans, and children ages 6-12.

The New Hampshire Aviation Museum welcomes everyone with an interest in learning more about New Hampshire's exciting aviation history. The Aviation Museum is New Hampshire's only working museum devoted to aviation history in the Granite State. Museum exhibits cover persons, places, events and artifacts related to the aviation history of New Hampshire. The information presented about the pioneering men and women who have represented New Hampshire in the air will take you back in time and might even change the way you think about New Hampshire, especially the contributions our State has made to the aviation history of America and the world.

Battleship Cove is a non-profit war memorial and historic military museum with an emphasis on naval heritage and a dedication to honoring the veterans who served in defense of our country. The Boston Children's Museum pioneered the concept of interactive exhibitions used widely in museums today. Designed and built in-house, exhibits from The Boston Children's Museum have been replicated at prestigious institutions throughout the world. Exhibits focus on early childhood development and have three themes: arts, culture, and science.

Made up of 34 islands and peninsulas, Boston Harbor Islands National and State Park is an urban oasis just minutes from Boston’s city center. Hop aboard a park ferry and discover islands rich with opportunities for outdoor recreation, relaxation and learning.

Most park islands are open to visitation from dawn until dusk, year-round. The best way to visit the park is by public ferry from Boston or Hingham. Ferries operate from mid-May through mid-October.

The Discovery Museum, located on a 4-acre campus, is aimed at providing an environment in which play becomes a conduit for learning about science, technology, and nature. The museum’s building contains a number of galleries dedicated to teaching scientific concepts in a fun, hands-on environment, as well as themed play spaces for younger visitors. Outdoors, Discovery Woods includes a nature playscape with a cargo net climb, nest swing and beaver lodges, as well as a treehouse with an observation deck and a bouncy bridge. There are opportunities to practice orienteering with provided maps and instructions on trails on the property. A museum shop is on the premises. The museum building is fully ADA compliant, with exhibits based on Universal Design principles.

This EcoTarium consists of exhibits, wild life, planetarium, nature trails, and observatory, all dedicated to striking a balance between nature and mankind.

Garden in the Woods is the headquarters and botanic garden of the Native Plant Trust. This ever-changing living museum — New England's premier wildflower garden — has more than 1,600 kinds of plants, with many rare and endangered native specimens throughout the gardens, as well as the unique New England Garden of Rare and Endangered Plants.

   

The Museum of Russian Icons is now The Icon Museum and Study Center.

You must redeem your printed Museum Pass and reserve timed tickets online or through the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to visiting. Each pass admits up to 4 visitors at $5 per person. Children under the age of 18 are always admitted free.

After making your reservation, please call the Circulation Desk at 508-841-8609 to receive the discount code ahead of time. Please note that you do need both the physical pass from the library and an online reservation when checking in at the museum, so plan to come to the library during our open hours to pick up the pass.

The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is home to galleries filled with paintings, sculptures, tapestries, furniture, and decorative arts from different cultures and several centuries. At the center of the museum is a garden courtyard blooming with life year-round.

The Norman Rockwell Museum houses the world's largest and most significant collection of original Rockwell art. **Old Sturbridge Village is closed from November 20th, 2022 through January 1st, 2023. They are open during this time on select dates for their Christmas by Candlelight holiday program. The library pass is not valid for these dates.

The Discovery Museum, located on a 4-acre campus, is aimed at providing an environment in which play becomes a conduit for learning about science, technology, and nature. The museum’s building contains a number of galleries dedicated to teaching scientific concepts in a fun, hands-on environment, as well as themed play spaces for younger visitors. Outdoors, Discovery Woods includes a nature playscape with a cargo net climb, nest swing and beaver lodges, as well as a treehouse with an observation deck and a bouncy bridge.
