Application Process
All nominees must submit two copies of the following information:
• A completed application form, available for download from the Acton Public Library’s website
• A brief author’s statement or personal philosophy that describes how the nominee intends to approach the scope of the work and the objectives of this program
• A sample of up to five poems by the nominated poet, citing sources if the work has been published
• A resume or CV
• Two letters of recommendation

Babies and toddlers have a lot to say before they can actually speak. Eileen Baker, M.E.D. integrates American Sign Lanaguage with children's favorite books and finger plays. Miss Eileen will teach caregivers and their children from 6 months through 5 years of age, basic signs that can be incorporated into everyday life. This program is free and open to all including neurodiverse children and those with limited English profiency. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Storytime and Sign

Babies and toddlers have a lot to say before they can actually speak. Eileen Baker, M.E.D. integrates American Sign Lanaguage with children's favorite books and finger plays. Miss Eileen will teach caregivers and their children from 6 months through 5 years of age, basic signs that can be incorporated into everyday life. This program is free and open to all including neurodiverse children and those with limited English profiency. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Storytime and Sign

Babies and toddlers have a lot to say before they can actually speak. Eileen Baker, M.E.D. integrates American Sign Lanaguage with children's favorite books and finger plays. Miss Eileen will teach caregivers and their children from 6 months through 5 years of age, basic signs that can be incorporated into everyday life. This program is free and open to all including neurodiverse children and those with limited English profiency. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Learn about the process of using a 3D Printer. In this 60-minute class you will learn about the basics of 3D printing or additive manufacturing, the process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file.
