The trip includes lunch at their French restaurant, Bocuse, a tour of the nearby and historic Vanderbilt Mansion, and bus fare. Expected return to BPL at approximately 6:30PM.

Skillet Shrimp Fajitas with Chef Rob Scott

Spice up your Summer with Simply Creative Chef Rob.Scott
Scott will prepare Skillet Shrimp Fajitas, made with a homemade fajita seasoning and bell peppers and onions. This is a meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. Served with traditional toppings and for an appetizer Chef Rob will make a Turkey Taco Dip to be served with crispy tortilla chips.

Spice up your Summer with Simply Creative Chef Rob.Scott
Scott will prepare Skillet Shrimp Fajitas, made with a homemade fajita seasoning and bell peppers and onions. This is a meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. Served with traditional toppings and for an appetizer Chef Rob will make a Turkey Taco Dip to be served with crispy tortilla chips.

Registration for this program for Summer Reading Club participants starts June 10. Others may register, space permitting, starting June 17.
