"On July 24th, 2021, I went into full cardiac arrest from a massive heart attack. I am 43 years old and prior to this moment had no evidence of heart issues. A close friend of mine came to the rescue and performed CPR until the ambulance arrived. THIS CPR SAVED MY LIFE. You, too can save a life by performing CPR. It is a skill everyone should know."
