JOURNALING DURING THE PANDEMIC
ONLINE PROGRAM

Journaling During the Pandemic
Tune in and Write it Out with Us
Monday, April 6 at 11 a.m.
Join Zoom Meeting https://zoom.us/j/317941297

This time in history needs to be saved for the future, and we are the ones to tell the stories. The bad and the good. Being alone, loss, people reaching out, the heroes; all this needs to be told. We are the ones to chronical our lives during the pandemic. (As I write this, I notice how quite it is. No traffic, no children outside, the dogs aren’t even barking.)

In this online workshop series, essayist and professor Kathleen Volk Miller will introduce the science and practice of writing toward emotional well-being and psychological healing. Science confirms that translating events into language can affect the brain. Writing can improve overall heart health, brain health and even help to heal physical wounds.
Join us!
