Although he taught in different settings, his primary responsibilities were in elementary music education. A professional singer, Mr. Peterson has been employed by Saugatuck Congregational Church in Westport, Assumption Church in Westport and Temple Sinai in Stamford where he performs as a soloist and choir member. Mr. Peterson also taught music during summer months at Camp Playland in New Caanan from 1978 until 2009.
