Grades 5–8
Learn the basics of babysitting! Find out how to handle tricky situations and develop the skills you need to keep kids safe—and have fun! Registration is required. Attendance to all four sessions is required.

Saturdays, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25

Families with children ages 6 and up are invited to explore local parks at Nature Detectives, a free program offered by the Nashua Public Library and the Nashua River Watershed Association (NRWA). Each month, led by NRWA naturalists, families will set out on a new adventure, exploring the nature and history of the sites and completing a sleuth sheet while they search for clues.

Come explore Cecilia Ulibarri's work in the Art Gallery, then do some mixed media experimentation and create your own art. The artist will be joining us for this program! Registration required. Parents are welcome.

Grades 3–5: Nature and science lovers: Come learn how water flows and picks up pollutants and how  it’s affected by the way we live. Xploration returns to the library, bringing an augmented-reality sandbox and a 3-D surface-water-pollution table for kids to try out at this hands-on program. Registration is required.
