Join Beverly Steiger of HYCT Yoga & Wellness this January for Free Yoga on Zoom.
In these challenging times, it is easy to experience stress and tension, many times without even realizing the effect it is having on our overall health and wellness. Yoga is the perfect antidote for stress and tension because it stimulates our immune system and works to strengthen the mind-body connection turning on our bodies natural defense to stress, the rest and digest response. Each class will consist of breathwork, stretching and yoga poses that build mindfulness, focus and balance leaving you with an overall sense of calm. Have a yoga mat and any props you wish to use such as yoga blocks, straps or blankets and wear comfortable clothes. All are welcome regardless of experience.   Mondays  6:45 - 7:45 pm  If you registered in December, use the same link. If you are new to this program, please register and we will send you the link.
