Lil Reznicek is a resident of Long Beach and life-long artist. The current exhibit is inpired by vibrant light reflected in landscapes on Long Island, and visions from Lil's travels through Europe. Color, form and details are the elements used to capture the "essence" of place.

This course, for experienced players, will teach you how to play with less than four players. Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Connecting movement with our breath links our awareness to the present. Join  Dorothy Scott for a relaxing yet invigorating class that encompasses basic yoga poses which focus on lengthening the body’s muscles, while expanding the joints as we utilize the breath to gain clarity within.  We will begin slowly to gradually prepare the body for deeper asana (poses) and end it by honoring our practice with a relaxing (meditation) sivasana.

Bring a mat, and perhaps a towel and water.  Wear loose fitting clothing. Namaste.
