Baby & Me Yoga (Adult w/ Infant to Early Crawler)

Children must be the age or in the grades specified by the first date of each program you register for. 

This beginner Yoga class is for moms and caregivers with their babies.  Babies participate throughout the class (through developmental movements and interactive yoga postures.)   Meet local moms and build friendships in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Please bring a blanket and toys for your baby and a yoga mat for yourself.

Fee: $15
