Take Your Child to the Library Day

Join us in a celebration of Take Your Child to the Library Day (TYCLD). Drop-In to do a library activity and obtain a library passport. Then, "hop" to Marion and Mattapoisett libraries (or hop anytime during the month of February) and ask a librarian how to earn a stamp for your passport.  Once you've received a stamp from each library, you can turn your passport into your "home" library to obtain a prize!  Last day to turn in passports is February 29. One passport per child.  All ages welcome to participate.

The Rochester Council on Aging's monthly book group meets on the third Tuesday of each month at the COA, Dexter Lane, Rochester. Everyone is welcome.  Books are provided by the library.  Be sure to have your library card on hand at the meeting.  Refreshments are served.  For more information, call the COA at 508-763-8723, or the library at 508-763-8600

December's book is Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk, by Kathleen Rooney.
