Sonshine Yoga and Yogi Lisa are back!  REGISTER for an energizing and uplifting class for girls ages 8 12!  (There will be another class held on December 19).  This class will include active yoga and mindfulness instruction to inspire physical and emotional development.  Let’s develop a strong sense of self and work on developing friendships, confidence, and self-esteem.
