American Red Cross Babysitting Class by Safety Savvy
Red Cross Babysitter Training (ages 11-15)

Sonshine Yoga for Kids-Ages 5-9

Sonshine Yoga and Yogi Lisa are back!   REGISTER for the November 45 minute class  in which children will enjoy exploring yoga poses, breathing exercises, songs, games, and stories. Activities will help children to grow physically, socially, and emotionally while learning yoga principles which foster cooperation, compassion, and healthy living.  Children will work on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and cooperation during this energizing, yet relaxing, yoga practice. The theme of this class is Gratitude!!  (A Gingerbread themed class will be held on December 5) 

It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle to each session. Space limited to 8 children. Registrants (or registrant's family) must own a SAILS library card. 

This program is free thanks to the support of the Friends of Plumb Library.
