Have fun moving while improving your strength, balance, and flexibility. “Refresh and Rejuvenate” is a low-
intensity program designed for beginners and exercisers who have taken a break and are ready to jump-start

their fitness program. Classes include light stretching that helps to prevent and combat arthritis. Participate in
various balance exercises that help improve strength and prevent falls. Strengthening exercises are performed
with resistance bands as well as one’s own bodyweight.
• All levels of experience are welcome
• Bring a water bottle and exercise mat to class
• Please wear comfortable work out attire
• Masks are optional for vaccinated participants. If Essex County is high risk for Covid, masks are required
• If you are not vaccinated, we require that you wear a mask at all times during an indoor activity/event
• Social distancing is encouraged in all classes

meditation, followed by a gentle warmup, some core strengthening, standing postures, and flexibility poses.
Each session winds down with deep relaxation.

This event is held both in-person (in the Library's Community Room) and virtually via Zoom. You can participate from your personal computer or other device like an iPad or a smart TV. their fitness program. Classes include light stretching that helps to prevent and combat arthritis. Participate in
various balance exercises that help improve strength and prevent falls. Strengthening exercises are performed
with resistance bands as well as one’s own bodyweight.

• Bring a water bottle and exercise mat to class
• Please wear comfortable work out attire
• Masks are optional for vaccinated participants. If Essex County is high risk for Covid, masks are required
• If you are not vaccinated, we require that you wear a mask at all times during an indoor activity/event

During this presentation you will explore the origins of haunted artifacts, have the chance to see some of the alleged haunted objects that have been recovered by Cody & Satori during their actual paranormal investigations, and hear the creepy yet intriguing stories that accompany each item.
