This is a tentatively rescheduled date.
Equity Bootcamp is a series of six events that provide opportunities to examine and discuss our relationship with racism, white supremacy, and justice. These programs take place on the third Tuesday of the month beginning in January and ending in June. We welcome individuals to attend all sessions or just a few.
Confident Conversations on Race builds off of the work done in Equity Power Structures and Color Blindness and Foundations of Equity to show participants how to engage in honest, productive discussion about race without fear. Attending this series' previous courses is recommended, but not required.
Alliance for Collaborative Equity Inc. is a non-profit, innovative collection of professionals working with K-12 school districts, institutions of higher learning, and rural communities to promote efforts to dismantle structural, institutional, and individualized inequities. With over 15 years of collective experience in educational equity, Alliance for Collaborative Equity’s trained Education Consultants and certified DEI trainers focus on Racial Equity, Antiracism, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, and Religious Discrimination education.
There are limited spaces in this event. Please register below to save your seat. This is a hybrid virtual/in person event. It can be attended through Zoom (the link will be sent out to registrants), or the virtual presentation can be viewed in the Community Room.
This program was made possible by a generous grant from the Hebron Together Community Fund.
