Teen GSA is a TAB-organized program that meets every other week! Teens between grades six and twelve are welcome to join this safe, peer-run group that unites LGBTQ+ and allied teens in building community while organizing and educating around issues that are important to them.
Advanced registration is not required. If you are interested in joining and/or have any questions about the club, please do not hesitate to reach out to Tyler Vachon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Calling all builders! Join Ms. Tory at LEGO Club on the Lower Level of the Library in the Keys Community Room. Construct a themed LEGO scene, and then find your finished creations on display in the Children's Room!
For ages 6-12. Registration for this in-person session is required and limited, and will open two weeks prior to the event.
There will be a free showing of the film called "80 for Brady" this evening in our Keys Community Room. No advance signup is required.
After decades of dreaming, a quartet of older women, who are dedicated football fans, finally decides to make a pilgrimage to the Super Bowl for the once-in-a-lifetime chance to meet their favorite player, noteworthy NFL mainstay Tom Brady. Along the way, a series of hijinks ensue! It stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field.
A viewer named Morgan G had this to say about "80 for Brady:" "What a fun movie and a great cast. The acting had some rough spots but it's just a great little entertaining movie, exactly what movies do to entertain us. There were a couple of times I got a little tear in my eye almost. Anyway, you can't go wrong if you're a Brady fan, football fan, or fan of the old gals!"
The running time is 98 minutes and it is rated PG13 for some suggestive references/some drug content/brief strong language. It is not appropriate for children.
This program is kindly sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library and is free and open to all. Please come and bring a snack! We hope to see you there.
Kids ages 6-12 are invited to show off their Mario skills in the Story Hour Room for an hour of (friendly!) competetive gaming with our Nintendo Switch!
No registration is required. All experience levels around gaming are welcome
An informal knitting group will meet at the library which offers an opportunity for people to get together, bring a project to work on (either for 20 minutes or the whole group meeting) and have friends nearby to ask questions when they need help. The first 30 minutes are devoted to help with your project - the last hour is devoted to social knitting. Knitters and all other fiber artists are invited to attend!
Please call the Reference desk at (617) 898-4964 for questions and if you would like to be added to the coordinator's list for updates, Email email@example.com and she will connect you with the group. This program is kindly sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library and is free and open to all.
Please note that there will be no Saturday meeting in December due to the holidays. The group will resume their meetings after the New Year.

Join us for some TAB-organized gaming on the Nintendo Switch from 3-4:30pm in the Teen Room!. Super Smash Bros Ultimate is the reigning game of choice, but game choice is consensus-driven at the top of each meet.
