This workshop combines movement and breath work with journaling and conversation.  Taught by fitness instructor Ashley Mitchell, founder of Courage Campaign, teens will be led through a series of exercises designed to give them tools to navigate everyday challenges, and foster personal development, confidence, and excellence. 

This workshop is for all levels and requires no equipment other than a yoga mat.  This program is being co-run with the Southborough Library and will take place on the main floor of the Southborough Library.
