A Memory Café is a welcoming place for people with changes in their memory and their care-partner(s) to come together.
Join us for some fall fun! We will craft, enjoy some seasonal refreshments, and meet Coco (a dog trained through the Exceptional Sidekick Therapy Dogs organization).
