Did you ever want to find out who was in your sixth grade class? Did you ever wonder when and how electricity came to our town?

The East Longmeadow Historical Commission invites you to a presentation on and demonstration of the historical treasures that reside in our local history room in the library. From town reports to school records, street lists to information on specific homes, a trove of books, documents, photographs and maps are available to researchers and browsers under the supervision of Commission members. The presentation will be held in the local history room on the second floor of the library and there will be time for browsing the materials. Due to space constraints, the program is limited to 12 participants.
