(Virtual) Cook Along with Teresa's Italian Eatery

Calling all beginner cooks, home chefs, and foodies of every kind! You're invited to cook along with none other than executive chef Nick Yebba, Jr. from Teresa's Italian Eatery. The dish you'll be learning to make is spaghetti carbonara, and all ingredients needed are listed below. 

The ingredients you will need are:

1 cup of cream

1 egg

1 ounce of cooked bacon (approximately 2 strips)

4 ounces of dry spaghetti

1 ounce of medium sliced ham (approximately 1 slice)

Salt

Pepper

About the Chef:

Nick Yebba, Jr. is a trained, professional chef with over 19 years' experience. He received a degree in culinary arts from Newbury college. After earning his degree, he continued his training while working for Hilton hotels. After leaving the Hilton, he was the head chef for a well-known catering company. Despite his prior successes, Nick dreamed of opening his own restaurant that was elegant yet warm and inviting with great food at reasonable prices. Teresa's Italian Eatery is the culmination of his vision, and it has been very well received and has developed a large, loyal and growing following.
