A HIICAP (Health Insurance Information, Counseling, and Assistance Program) Counselor will present on Medicare with a focus on upcoming changes to Medicare for 2025. The program will include a review of the various financial assistance programs available for eligible Medicare recipients. HIICAP & NY Connects Staff will be on-site to assist with EPIC, Medicare Savings Program, Medicaid, HEAP, and SNAP applications.
