Mindful Mondays Adult Coloring Drop In

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  Look for activities and programs to promote mental health and wellness with Medfield Outreach and other town organizations all month long!

According to the Mayo Clinic, coloring can improve your health by relieving stress and promoting mindfulness, which is the ability to focus and stay in the moment. 

Drop into the library anytime from 11:30-1:30 for some focused down time. We'll have markers, colored pencils, and a wide variety of adult coloring pages for you to work on. 

Feel free to bring your lunch if you'll be stopping by during your break time! No registration required. 

Mindful Mondays will be every Monday in May, except Memorial Day!
