From Pittsburgh to the Moon

For all ages

July 20 marks the 52nd anniversary of the first moon landing, a feat that would not have succeeded without the important contributions of Western Pennsylvania. Learn how Pittsburgh helped make space travel and the Apollo 11 mission a reality in this Heinz History Center Outreach Program.

Registration is required at http://tiny.cc/PghtoMoon. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

This program is offered via Zoom. Because the staff member facilitating the event will not be able to provide live technical support during the virtual program, it is strongly encouraged you familiarize yourself with Zoom in advance of the program.  You can also join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom. For more in-depth instructions please visit the Zoom support page on joining a meeting.
