Open Mic Poetry Night
Celebrate National Poetry Month by sharing your poetry with an appreciative audience in the Gallery at Woodbury Public Library on Tuesday, April 11, from 6 to 7 p.m. The event will feature area poets Jack Sheedy, Deborah Nash Ott, and Lin Northrup. New voices from Nonnewaug High School will also share their poetry.
Woodbury's Poet Laureate, Sandy Carlson will host. Not a writer? Come anyway and enjoy the creative voices of your neighbors.
