For teens entering grades 7-12 and their families
Grab your family members and join Food Explorers for a bread-making workshop! You’ll make your own Focaccia bread masterpiece by decorating with fresh vegetables and herbs, and make dinner rolls from scratch in this two hour class.
You’ll need the following ingredients: flour (~6 cups total for both recipes), yeast, salt, sugar, olive oil, 1 egg, butter, salt and your choice of decorative toppings, such as: peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, fresh parsley, rosemary, etc. The more colors the better!
Registration begins July 1, online or by calling Reference at 860-652-7720. Registration with a valid email address is required to receive login information on the day of the Zoom meeting.
