De-Stress with Gentle Stretching & Exericses

Join Jill Patterson, RDN, for a fun and active workshop where we will be participating in exercises while learning about the health benefits of gentle stretches and exercises. There are many benefits of gentle exercises and stretching, some which include: decreased stress, decreased risk of injury, increased mind/body connection, increased bone mass, and increased metabolism!

No experience necessary. Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended.

About the Presenter: Jill Patterson, RDN is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been quoted in the Huffington Post, Parents Magazine, and local news outlets. Jill often works with community organizations and workplaces to provide wellness education programs that inspire individuals to implement healthy habits. She is passionate about helping people live their happiest, healthiest lives!
